Moonpig was embarking on a critical growth phase in 2020. Compounded by the pandemic, the already successful E-commerce business was planning to list on the London Stock Exchange. Moonpig engaged Agora to appoint numerous key hires on both a permanent and Interim basis to complement the existing team and bolster their capability before such a key event. Timing and quality were the critical deliverables.
